Job summary

CYNWAVE Solutions, LLC is seeking an On-Site Supervisor to oversee custodial operations for a DEA opportunity. The incumbent will serve as the primary point of contact for the Government and ensure performance standards are met during normal working hours.

The role requires English communication, a High School diploma, a valid driver's license, and at least five years of supervisory custodial experience for facilities of similar size.

Responsibilities

• Monitor staffing levels to meet contract requirements and performance standards.
• Implement and enforce custodial industry standards to meet cleanliness and maintenance expectations.
• Ensure staff are properly trained and capable of performing duties in accordance with the contract scope of work.

CYNWAVE Solutions, LLC is seeking a dependable On-Site Supervisor to oversee the management, direction, and supervision of custodial operations for the DEA opportunity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for the Government and ensuring all performance standards are met. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Job Summary:

The Supervisor must also be present during normal working hours and must serve as the primary point of contact for the Government.

Qualifications/Certifications:

• Communicate effectively in English speaking and writing.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record may be required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
  
• Minimum of five (5) consecutive years of recent experience (within the past seven (7) years managing custodial operations in a supervisory capacity for facilities of similar size.

Duties:

• Provide daily on-site management and direction for all custodial personnel to ensure operational efficiency.
• Monitor and maintain staffing levels to ensure contract requirements and performance standards are met at all times.
• Implement and enforce custodial industry standards to ensure the facility meets cleanliness and maintenance expectations.
• Ensure all staff are properly trained and capable of performing their duties in accordance with the contract scope of work.
