Qualifications

• 1+ years in a Lead/Supervisory role.
• Ability to follow OSHA requirements, safety guidelines, and forklift instructions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in a complex task-oriented janitorial operation environment.
• Respond efficiently to escalations and support Operations Center teams.
• Clean rooms, restrooms, offices, and other areas as needed.
• Follow Janitorial Supervisor Task Process Flowchart.
• Support callouts by coordinating shifts and coverage.
• Provide feedback to management on ongoing activities.
