4M Building Solutions is seeking an Overnight Janitorial Site Supervisor to lead a cleaning team, plan schedules, and ensure safety and quality on site in New York. The role involves hands-on cleaning alongside your crew and coordinating daily activities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and coordinate work activities of the team.

• Coach and train team members.

• Ensure efficiency and consistency in operations.
