Qualifications

• Minimum of Five (3) years managing janitorial operation.

Responsibilities

• Interface with client management and maintenance staff to coordinate and execute cleaning projects.
• Monitor to ensure quality control expectations are met.
• Manage schedules to ensure contract compliance.
• Review employee performance.
• Execute constructive discipline process.
• Complete all quality control programs in accordance with company guidelines.
• Other projects as assigned.
• Report payroll.
• Maintain all compliance and safety regulations.
• Upkeep of proper supplies and inventory orders.
• Flexibility with hours and schedule.
• Technical knowledge of all aspects of janitorial service delivery.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
