Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years managing janitorial operations.
• Flexible with hours and schedule.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office for reporting and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Interface with client management and maintenance staff to coordinate and execute cleaning projects
• Monitor to ensure quality control expectations are met
• Manage schedules to ensure contract compliance
• Review employee performance
• Ability to execute constructive discipline process
• Complete all quality control programs in accordance with company guidelines
• Other projects as assigned
• Report payroll
• Maintain all compliance and safety regulations
• Upkeep of proper supplies and inventory orders
