Qualifications

• Review employee performance.
• Execute constructive discipline process.
• Complete all quality control programs in accordance with company guidelines.
• Other projects as assigned.
• Report payroll.
• Maintain all compliance and safety regulations.
• Upkeep of proper supplies and inventory orders.
• Flexibility with hours and schedule.
• Technical knowledge of all aspects of janitorial service delivery.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation: $55,000.00. Harvard offers a competitive salary structure including a benefit package with medical, dental, life, and long-term disability (LTD) insurance along with a 401K Savings Plan.
