Job summary

The Facilities Group National is seeking a Full Time Supervisor in Buckeye, AZ to lead the shift and oversee janitorial staff, ensuring daily tasks are completed safely and to quality standards. You will monitor performance, communicate assignments, maintain housekeeping, address customer concerns, and support the manager in applying work standards and safety regulations.

The schedule is Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with a focus on reliable, unsupervised work and ongoing training to

Qualifications

At least 1 year of janitorial experience.
At least 1 year of lead or supervisor experience (preferred).
Proficient using computers and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Authorized to work in the U.S. – E-Verify.
Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

Lead your shift by assisting the manager to ensure the day’s scope of work is completed.
Oversee assigned janitorial duties and ensure quality and safety standards.
Communicate daily assignments and feedback to staff and monitor performance.
Maintain housekeeping standards and respond to customer concerns promptly.
Assist in applying work standards and health & safety guidelines.
Support training for current and future shift demands.
Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
