Sizemoreco is hiring a site supervisor to oversee a team at customer locations in Durham, NC. The role includes coordinating cleaning operations, ensuring training, maintaining equipment, and upholding safety and service standards.

Shifts run four nights per week with a schedule described as Thursday–Saturday 6:30 PM–6:30 AM and Wednesday 12:30 AM–6:30 AM; compensation is $17.50/hour with benefits, 401K, and weekly Friday pay.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Prior experience preferred.

• Possess patience, tact, enthusiasm as well as diplomacy when dealing with any person no matter the circumstances.
• Possess initiative and sound judgement in evaluating and reacting to situations.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in potential stressful and time sensitive situations.
• Possess problem-solving skills with high attention to detail, including the ability to prioritize.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision, read/comprehend detailed instructions and process information with accuracy and clarity.
• Communicate effectively both verbally and written.

Responsabilidades

• Perform or assist with cleaning duties, as necessary.
• Ensure team members are trained and knowledgeable of their responsibilities.
• Inspect work performed to ensure that it meets specifications and established standards.
• Assist the leadership assigned to the account with staff related performance and customer expectations.
• Relay complaints about service and equipment.
• Inspect and evaluate the physical condition of the facilities to determine the type of work required.
• Check and maintain equipment and cleaning supplies to ensure that it is in good order.
• Establish and maintain rapport with customer when necessary.
• Log and maintain daily report of account checks.
• Respond with Immediate action required to ensure all problems are resolved to customer satisfaction.
• Assist with organizing, oversee cleanliness and providing support in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Participate in training sessions and meetings when scheduled.
• Drives a culture of constant improvement, identifying and implementing changes to increase productivity and efficiency of service.
• Enforces Sizemore's policies and procedures as needed.
• Additional duties assigned, as necessary.

Working Conditions

Majority of work will be performed in a climate-controlled building.
