Job summary

The Facilities Group National is seeking a Janitorial Team Lead to guide the shift and oversee janitorial staff. You will ensure operations run smoothly, meet targets, and enforce safety policies throughout the shift.

You will train new employees, communicate clearly, and maintain high cleanliness and safety standards while delivering excellent customer satisfaction on a Tuesday–Saturday evening schedule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of janitorial experience.
• 1+ year of supervising experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. – E-Verify

Responsibilities

• Assist the site manager to ensure the scope of work is met.
• Supervise the quality of work produced during your shift.
• Effectively communicate work assignments and expectations to team members.
• Assist in implementing work standards per company policies.
• Monitor, measure, and report shift performance to the site manager.
• Maintain housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and safe workplace.
• Respond to customer complaints to achieve satisfaction.
• Train new employees.
