Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of facilities to verify quality standards and client requirements are met.
• Train new employees on cleaning procedures, equipment operation, safety practices, and company policies.
• Provide coaching, performance feedback, and corrective action when necessary.
• Ensure adequate staffing coverage and assist with scheduling and timekeeping.
• Respond promptly to client concerns and service requests.
• Monitor inventory levels and order cleaning supplies and equipment as needed.
• Enforce safety regulations and proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Complete operational reports, inspections, and documentation accurately and timely.
• Assist with special cleaning projects, floor care, and emergency response situations.
• Maintain a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee engagement.
