Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Business-level written and spoken English.
• 2+ years management experience in a service-related industry.
• 3+ years operational janitorial industry experience.
• Ability to lead and develop staff and maintain customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire employees to staff accounts per contract specs.
• Assign duties and inspect cleanliness and completion of tasks.
• Determine work procedures and schedules within labor budgets.
• Conduct orientation, safety and job training for hourly staff.
• Prepare time sheets, reports, and training records.
• Coach and counsel employees to empower success.
• Visit accounts to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Resolve issues promptly and document contacts and follow-up.
• Monitor accounts for new work opportunities and add-ons.
