Job summary

CW Resources, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support daily janitorial operations, supervise a custodial team, and uphold high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer service.

You will participate in planning schedules, train staff, manage supplies, coordinate after-hours and weekend coverage, and respond to emergencies while maintaining compliance with safety policies and confidentiality requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory or Team Lead experience.
• Minimum 3–4 years of commercial janitorial or facilities maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, safety standards, and equipment handling.
• Knowledge of janitorial safety standards and procedures, including OSHA standards and bloodborne pathogen protocols.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Valid RealID.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain government base access.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a custodial team while ensuring high-quality work, a safe environment, and adherence to standards.
• Train, mentor, and motivate staff on cleaning procedures and safety.
• Assist with planning and assigning daily work schedules and coverage.
• Participate in daily custodial operations, inspections, and safety checks.
• Maintain custodial supplies and equipment, inventory and ordering.
• Respond to emergency cleaning situations including after-hours calls and biohazard events.
• Enforce company policies, safety regulations, and confidentiality standards.
