Job summary

Superclean Service Company, Inc. is seeking an Area Field Manager to oversee janitorial sites and staff across Kansas and Missouri, including Kansas City and St. Louis. You will ensure SLA performance, communicate with clients, and drive field operations to successful completion.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in janitorial techniques, personnel development, and labor estimating. This role requires travel to client sites and a willingness to visit the corporate office as needed.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Facilities Management or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing janitorial staff and estimating labor.
• Willingness to travel 100% for client sites and reviews.
• Driver's License is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage field operations of janitorial sites and personnel across Kansas & Missouri (including Kansas City & St. Louis).
• Ensure SLA compliance; communicate with clients; handle special requests to resolution.
• Produce progress and inspection reports for Executive Management.

Job description

Our Janitorial Services Area Field Manager will represent our company to the public, clients, and vendors. Our clients judge us based upon appearance, presence, knowledge, professionalism, and ultimately - performance. The position will be responsible for Field management of Janitorial Sites and Personnel in the states of Kansas & Missouri, including Kansas City & St. Louis areas. The position will be responsible for the management and development of Janitorial staff and conducting site visits/inspections.

The position will ensure that Service Level Agreements are met; communicate as necessary with the client and manage special requests to a successful conclusion.

With a strong background and thorough understanding of janitorial techniques and processes, the ideal candidate will possess the following:

Basic Requirements and Duties:

• Experience with medical, retail and restaurant janitorial maintenance.
• Individual must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously pending project size. This requires good organizational skills.
• Must have experience with developing and managing janitorial staff.
• Must have a successful background in Janitorial labor estimating, scheduling, and work scope development.
• Must be capable of producing progress and inspection reports. Reports progress and trends to Executive Management on a regular basis and/or as negative trends are discovered.
• Excellent knowledge of Janitorial chemicals, equipment, and consumable goods.
• Must be able to study job specifications to determine appropriate methods.
• Travel will be required to perform jobs, meet with clients, and review field personnel, and to visit the corporate office.
• Interviewing and hiring Janitorial staff.
