Job summary

Clean Solution Services Inc. is seeking a driven Janitorial Project Manager to lead our cleaning operations in Kansas City, MO. You will own projects, supervise a dedicated team, and deliver spotless results that meet client expectations and contractual standards.

You will oversee day-to-day operations across client sites, coordinate staff, manage supplies, and ensure OSHA safety compliance while maintaining quality through inspections and training. Strong communication with clients is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in janitorial, facilities management, or related role.
• Experience in buildings of 400,000 sq ft or more, federal/courthouse/hospital settings preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day janitorial operations across multiple client sites
• Schedule, supervise, and support janitorial staff to ensure quality and efficiency
• Conduct site inspections and quality control walkthroughs to maintain service standards
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and issue resolution
• Manage supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships
• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and proper handling of cleaning chemicals
• Train and onboard new janitorial team members on procedures and best practices
• Coordinate with janitorial staff, supervisors, leads, subcontractors and client.

• Schedule, supervise, and support janitorial staff to ensure quality and efficiency
• Conduct site inspections and quality control walkthroughs to maintain service standards

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in janitorial, facilities management, or a related supervisory role in buildings of a minimum of 400,000 sq. feet in federal buildings, courthouses and/or hospitals
• ISSA Certification Expert, Cleaning Managment Institute Custodial Supervisor Certification or equivalent
• Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques, equipment, and cleaning agents
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and workplace safety compliance
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and quality
