Qualifikationen

• Four-year degree in Facilities Management and/or equivalent experience.
• Experience in managing janitorial staff and field operations.
• Strong estimating, scheduling, and work scope development skills.

• Lead field management of janitorial sites and personnel across assigned regions.
• Ensure SLAs are met and communicate with clients on special requests.
• Produce progress and inspection reports for executive management.
• Travel to perform jobs, meet clients, and review field personnel.
