Job summary

Pritchard Industries Southeast, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the janitorial service contract with Property Management. You will manage cost analyses, scheduling, performance, and compliance, with authority to receive and allocate special work orders.

You will influence staffing and report to the VP/GM or designee. This position requires bilingual English/Spanish, a high school diploma, and at least 3 years of janitorial and related work experience.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• High school diploma required.
• At least 3 years relevant work experience.
• At least 3 years of janitorial experience.

Responsibilities

• Key interface with the Property Manager.
• Communicates daily with the Property Manager to address problems or requests.
• Sets up regular meetings to review performance and compliance with specifications.
• Develops plans for daily, weekly, monthly, and periodic tasks and allocates resources.
• Monitors crew performance and ensures schedules meet contract specs.
• Ensures compliance with Federal, State and Local regulations (OSHA, EEOC, etc.).
• Conducts daily meetings with Building Supervisors on performance and compliance.
• Performs Quality Control inspections and takes corrective actions.
• Performs daily tenant visits to ensure client satisfaction.
• Able to work varied schedules to meet client needs.
