Job summary

Air Comfort, Inc is seeking a Part-Time Janitorial Team Lead in Bristol, TN to oversee daily cleaning operations and ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Work with a small team Monday through Friday, 5:00pm–9:00pm, performing hands-on cleaning and guiding staff to deliver excellent service across multiple buildings.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supervising or leading a team is required.
• Experience with team cleaning is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 5:00pm – 9:00pm.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and support team members.
• This is a working Lead Position.

Responsibilities

• Lead and work alongside a team of 2-3 cleaning staff to complete daily cleaning tasks efficiently and thoroughly.
• Open, clean, inspect, and secure each assigned facility before moving to the next area.
• Monitor the quality of cleaning and provide guidance and support to team members as needed.
• Perform hands-on cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure all areas meet cleanliness and safety standards.
• Report maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate personnel promptly.
• Foster a collaborative team environment where all members contribute to shared goals.
