Responsibilities

• Oversee daily janitorial operations and staff assignments.
• Coach staff, provide performance feedback, and address deviations.
• Ensure staffing coverage for routine and special services.
• Verify compliance with safety policies and PPE usage.
• Submit daily inspections and weekly roll-ups.
• Prepare weekly roll-up reporting on safety, staffing, and quality.
