We looking to hire a supervisor with janitorial experience to our team.

Qualifications

Experience leading janitorial teams and coordinating daily operations.
Ability to hire, onboard, and train replacement staff.
Proven track record of ensuring quality, safety and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor work assignments and schedules of team employees.
Assist in the hiring, onboarding, and training of new/replacement employees.
Review and Submit Timesheets for the locations.
Maintain detailed records and compile written reports as scheduled and/or needed.
Perform quality, service, and safety inspections; monitor employees for proper use of PPE, supplies, and equipment.
Function as the conduit of information between management and front-line staff.
Track equipment and supply inventory.
Submit employee personnel and customer requests or issues to the Area Manager.
Provide corrective action recommendations on areas that need improvement.
Daily inspection of routine work and perform building inspections.
Report any building deficiencies to Area Manager.
Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 per year
Shift: Full time (Monday – Friday)
