Job summary

CSI International Inc. in Oklahoma City, OK, is hiring a Full Time Manager to lead our janitorial team on site, oversee budgets and quality control, and ensure customer expectations are met.

You will recruit and train staff, assign shifts, monitor timekeeping, perform regular inspections, handle customer concerns, enforce safety policies, and report to HR as needed while maintaining high integrity and service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years progressively increasing management experience in the janitorial industry required.
• Satisfactory knowledge of building maintenance: restroom sanitation, office cleaning, carpet care, hard floor care, equipment operation and maintenance, chemical knowledge, MSDS and safety.
• Ability to meet deadlines and make sound decisions in stressful situations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Able to multi-task.
• High integrity and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Budgets, P&L statements, quality control, staffing, training, work assignments and timecards.
• Complete regular quality control inspections with Site Supervisor and/or customer.
• Determine necessary staffing levels to satisfy Scope of Work while remaining within budget.
• Manage and train the janitorial staff in the building.
• Designate shift and area work assignments.
• Respond quickly and appropriately to customer concerns or complaints; ensure closure on issues.
• Onboard and set-up training for new employees; hands-on training and job shadowing.
• Train by example: perform the duties of a janitor while they shadow you.
• Manage employee relations or performance issues; report to management or HR.
• Identify and communicate the need for special project work to management.
• Review employee timekeeping and complete payroll documents.
• Respond to calls when needed.
• Enforce all safety policies and procedures; report and investigate accidents.
• Complete training courses as required.
