Job summary

CSI International, Inc. is seeking an experienced Janitorial Account Manager to lead on-site cleaning teams for accounts in the Cleveland/Columbus, OH area.

You will supervise staff, schedule shifts, and ensure service levels meet client expectations while maintaining safety and quality standards. You will onboard new employees, train staff, handle customer concerns, and coordinate with management to manage payroll and supplies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of increasing management experience in the janitorial industry.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Manage and train janitorial staff in the building.
• Designate shift and area work assignments.
• Respond quickly and appropriately to customer concerns; ensure closure on issues.
• Onboard and set-up training for all new employees, including hands-on training.
• Train by example: perform janitorial duties while staff shadow you.
• Manage employee relations or performance issues and report to management/HR.
• Identify and communicate the need for special project work to management.
• Review timekeeping to ensure payroll accuracy.
• Maintain cleaning supplies inventory.
• Respond to calls as needed.
• Enforce safety policies; report and investigate accidents.
• Complete required training courses.
