Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial cleaning.
• Experience managing multiple units is highly preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and reporting skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Executes policies and optimizes staffing, supplies, equipment, and processes to meet budgets.
• Plans and implements territory operational strategy to meet timelines, safety, and performance goals.
• Ensures safety guidelines are trained, monitored, enforced, and documented.
• Leads training and development for staff and oversees start-ups within territory.
• Maintains labor hour reporting and profitability within budgets.
• Interacts with customers, management, and regulators to resolve issues and improve service.
