ABM Industries is seeking a Project Manager to oversee operations for a designated Amazon facility or market. The role focuses on day-to-day management, quality control, staff supervision, and escalating issues as needed to meet client expectations.

• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver license and reliable transportation.
• Bi-lingual/multi-lingual is a plus.
• Ability to work long hours and multiple shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Post open positions in a timely manner to backfill staffing and maintain target levels.
• Manage payroll related items and employee concerns.
• Address corrective actions with employees and escalate when needed.
• Perform weekly quality control inspections and follow up on findings.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure site cleanliness and supplies.
• Coordinate training and ensure staff understands ABM/SOW/SOP requirements.
• Oversee equipment, inventories, and Site-related checklists.
