Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking a Project Manager to oversee operations at an identified Amazon facility node/market. You will ensure quality control, meet client expectations, and manage day-to-day operations, escalations, staffing, and training.

You will lead staffing, coordinate payroll-related tasks, and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring ABM SOPs and SOWs are followed across shifts. Flexible hours and strong multi-site coordination are important.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership and team-building experience.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience with Outlook, Skype, Teams, Excel, SharePoint; ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a facility node or market.
• Manage staffing, coverage, escalations, and training.
• Maintain quality control inspections and client relationship.
• Handle payroll-related items and backfill to avoid staffing gaps.
• Communicate SOW/SOP updates with staff and ensure on-time training.
• Coordinate with national team and site leader for escalations.
