Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree with 3–7 years managing janitorial operations is required. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

• Oversee night janitorial operations.
• Work weekends and other required days.
• Participate in planning and budgeting; manage the regional budget with corporate team.
• Control overhead expenses and implement cost‑reduction strategies.
• Ensure service delivery meets quality objectives and contractual requirements.
• Lead process‑improvement initiatives to enhance productivity while maintaining quality.
• Maintain current and prospective customer relationships.
• Support business‑development activities, including new account acquisition and customer retention.
• Leverage existing relationships for new business opportunities.
• Develop management team for professional growth.
• Ensure region follows established company policies and procedures.
• Respond to follow‑up via phone, email, or text within two hours.
• Administer hiring, promotion, and termination policies.
• Conduct job inspections and correct deficiencies.
• Accurate daily timekeeping and timely payroll submission.
• Procure supplies, equipment, and inventory in line with contractual needs.
• Maintain constant communication with the regional Vice President.
• Travel locally or nationally to client locations as required.
• Identify incremental sales opportunities within the existing customer base.
• Develop professional customer relationships in person and over the phone.
