Job summary

Harvard Maintenance, Inc. seeks an exceptional team member to service existing business relationships, operationally and financially, while maintaining client relationships and developing new business where possible.

You will coordinate cleaning projects with client management and maintenance staff, monitor quality, manage schedules for contract compliance, review employee performance, and ensure safety regulations are followed. Harvard promotes People First and values diversity.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years managing janitorial operation.
• Flexibility with hours and schedule.
• Technical knowledge of all aspects of janitorial service delivery.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.

Responsibilities

• Interface with client management and maintenance staff to coordinate and execute cleaning projects
• Monitor to ensure quality control expectations are met
• Manage schedules to ensure contract compliance
• Review employee performance
• Ability to execute constructive discipline process
• Complete all quality control programs in accordance with company guidelines
• Other projects as assigned
• Report payroll
• Maintain all compliance and safety regulations
• Upkeep of proper supplies and inventory orders
