The Professional Group (TPG) seeks a capable supervisor to manage day-to-day janitorial operations and administrative tasks. You will ensure quality control, oversee inspections, inventory, and equipment, and maintain strong client relations.

This role reports to the Manager/District Manager. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in janitorial supervision, solid organizational and communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a diverse environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required; experience in lieu of education considered.
• 2–4 years of janitorial services or related supervisory experience.
• Strong organizational, customer service and management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work in a diverse environment.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises and directs the operations of cleaning staff, including regular and specialty tasks.
• Coordinates and evaluates personnel in accordance with company policies.
• Ensures timely submission of payroll and inspections reports.
• May perform regular cleaning duties as assigned.
• Conducts regulatory and safety awareness training.
• Maintains daily communication with account cleaners and leads to resolve issues.
• Ensures customer cleaning specifications are followed and monitors customer satisfaction.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
