Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial management or facilities services.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning practices, sanitation, and equipment.
• Experience supervising janitorial teams across multiple properties.
• Ability to recruit, train, and coach staff effectively.
• Experience with scheduling, payroll, and labor budgeting.
• Excellent communication with clients, management, and employees.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily janitorial operations across assigned properties and ensure services meet standards.
• Maintain high cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and appearance across properties.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to assess quality and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and monitor cleaning schedules, procedures, and quality controls.
