Job summary

Allegiance Industries, Inc. is currently hiring for a 2nd Shift Custodial Lead to oversee a school facility. The role involves leading an assigned building, ensuring cleanliness, and coordinating department activities to meet contract standards.

The successful candidate will have supervisory experience in custodial operations, a service mindset, and strong communication skills. On-the-job training is provided; some weekend work may be required.

• 1+ years of supervisory experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead an assigned building/area.

• Maintain effective lines of communication with the client and facility personnel to ascertain that their needs and requirements as related to the custodial contract are being satisfied.
• Demonstrate and promote company culture, values and management philosophy.
• Other duties as assigned.

Currently Hiring: 2nd Shift Custodial Lead; M-F 3pm to 11:30pm; some weekends

Shift: Mon-Fri 3pm to 11:30pm
