Allegiance Industries, Inc. is hiring a 2nd Shift Lead Cleaner in Wilson, NC. Pay rate is $22 per hour.

Shift is Monday–Friday, 3:00pm–11:00pm. On-the-job training is provided and the role offers a path to stability within a premier facility services provider. The Lead Cleaner will oversee cleaning operations, coordinate activities, and ensure contract standards while maintaining open communication with the client and site staff.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of supervisory experience in custodial operations or related field.
• Experience motivating and training staff and meeting deadlines.
• Sense of urgency with strong time management and organization.
• Professional appearance, service mindset and solid computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead an assigned building/area and supervise custodial staff.
• Ensure the facility is kept clean and meets expectations at all times.
• Plan, organize, direct, coordinate and supervise department functions.
• Enforce workflow to meet standards and client requirements.
• Maintain communication with client and facility personnel to satisfy needs.
