Qualifications

• 1+ years of supervisory experience in related field.
• Experience managing custodial operations.

• Strong service/quality mindset and professionalism.
• Proven computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead an assigned building/area and supervise custodial staff.
• Ensure the facility is kept clean and meets standards at all times.
• Assist in planning, organizing, directing, coordinating and supervising functions.
• Enforce custodial workflow to meet standards and expectations.
• Maintain effective communication with client and facility personnel.
• Demonstrate and promote company culture, values and management philosophy.
• Other duties as assigned.
