Job summary

Allegiance Industries, Inc. in Old Hickory, TN is seeking a Janitorial Lead for a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM shift at a manufacturing facility. On-the-job training provided to those who strive to exceed minimum requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of supervisory experience in related field.
• Experience managing custodial operations.
• Proven experience motivating and training staff.
• Sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines; self-directed.

• Proven computer skills.

Responsibilities
