Job summary

Allegiance Industries, Inc. is seeking a Janitorial Site Supervisor for a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM shift at our manufacturing facility.

You will manage an assigned shift, interview, hire, and train janitorial staff, and oversee daily workflow and schedule assignments. Responsibilities include maintaining a safe, clean environment, conducting regular walk-throughs and inspections, and maintaining effective communication with the client and facility personnel to ensure service needs are met.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of supervisory janitorial experience
• Experience managing janitorial operations
• Proof of leadership and training ability

Responsibilities
