SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Customer Service Representative to ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all assigned areas. The role requires performing janitorial duties, operating cleaning equipment, and maintaining daily upkeep while reporting hazards to supervision.

The position emphasizes teamwork, safety adherence, and professional interaction with staff and customers. No specific education is required, though bilingual skills and strong communication are a plus.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement; 3–6 months training or experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bilingual a plus. Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment.
• Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties.
• Perform all duties listed on the daily schedule.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Perform work assignments in a team with other employees.
• Perform repetitive tasks.
• Maintain clean work area.
• Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules.
• Take direction and respond to supervision.
• Talk with lead, supervisor, co-workers, managers, and customers in a professional manner.
• Fill in during staff shortage.
• Support shift lead in completing punch-list items.
• Use proper personal protective equipment.
• Present a professional appearance and conduct.
• Understand customer service and satisfaction.
• Understand reporting systems, and of the environment.
