Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Kirkland, WA to ensure cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas and to support daily operations. The role involves performing janitorial duties, operating cleaning equipment, and maintaining a safe, compliant work environment with professional interaction across staff and customers.

The position runs Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm with a starting pay in the low $20s per hour.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement; 3–6 months training or experience preferred.
• May require valid driver’s license and forklift certification.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment
• Maintain daily upkeep of assigned area
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures
• Perform work assignments in a team with other employees
• Follow all protocols and company procedures
• Talk with lead, supervisor, coworkers, managers, and customers in a professional manner
