Job summary

SBM Management Services, Kirkland, WA, is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support daily cleaning operations and customer interactions. You will perform janitorial duties, operate cleaning equipment, and maintain a safe, organized work area while following SBM’s safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• No specific education requirement; 3–6 months training or experience preferred.
• Must be able to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform janitorial duties as assigned.
• Operate motorized cleaning equipment.
• Maintain the daily upkeep of the assigned area.
• Report incidents and hazardous conditions to supervisor.
• Follow safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Present a professional appearance and conduct.
• Work in a team with other employees.
• Shift Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm.
