Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC is seeking a Janitorial Crew Lead to supervise the morning shift (6:00 AM–11:00 AM) on-site and ensure tasks are completed with professional client interaction.

The starting pay is $17.00 per hour for a full-time position, offering leadership opportunities within a growing team serving various sectors including retail, industrial, logistics, and healthcare.

Qualifications

• Lead/Supervisory experience in janitorial or similar operations.
• Ability to supervise daily tasks and coordinate crew performance.
• Customer service oriented and able to interact with clients professionally.
• Familiarity with safety guidelines and OSHA-related practices.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and operating documents.

Responsibilities

• The Crew Lead performs site tasks and ensures tasks are fully executed at site.
• Interact with the client to provide professional and prompt customer service as needed.
• Provide direction and task coordination for assigned Crew.
• Ensure crew members understand their responsibilities under each policy.
• Collaborate with Crew to ensure daily operations are executed and deficiencies resolved promptly.
• Assist Supervisor or Zone Manager with interviews and training.
