Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking a Janitorial Crew Lead to supervise and coordinate janitorial teams in a distribution center environment. You will lead crew tasks, ensure quality service, and interact with clients to maintain professional standards.

The role requires 1-3 years in a lead position, OSHA safety compliance, and strong customer-service skills. KBSPresence timekeeping and mobile device use are part of daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial operations and distribution center environments.
• 1-3 years in a Lead/Supervisory role.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating procedures.
• Ability to follow OSHA requirements and forklift instructions.
• Customer service oriented with ability to motivate team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead site Crew tasks and ensure tasks are completed at site.
• Interact with the client to provide professional, prompt service.
• Provide direction and task coordination for assigned Crew.
• Ensure crew understands responsibilities under each policy.
• Assist Supervisor or Zone Manager with interviews and training.
• Motivate the crew and lead by example.
