Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is hiring a Janitorial Crew Lead to join our Tampa, FL area team. The role focuses on directing the crew, coordinating daily operations, and delivering professional client service.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in a lead role, janitorial ops experience, and knowledge of safety rules and OSHA guidelines. Company benefits and timekeeping app usage are included.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial operations and distribution center environment preferred.
• 1-3 years in a Lead/Supervisory role.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions (English; Spanish may be required).
• Follow OSHA safety requirements and forklift instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform site Crew tasks and ensure tasks are fully executed.
• Interact with the client to provide professional customer service.
• Provide direction and task coordination for assigned Crew.
• Ensure crew understands responsibilities under policy.
• Coordinate daily operations and resolve deficiencies promptly.
• Assist Supervisor with new hires and training.
• Ensure team has information and tools to do their jobs effectively.
• Lead by example and motivate the crew.
