Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) has an immediate full-time opportunity for a Janitorial Crew Lead in our team. The role involves directing crew tasks, coordinating daily operations, and providing customer service to our clients in a fast-paced facility environment.

Starting pay is $16.47 per hour. The position requires 1–3 years in a lead role and experience in janitorial operations. KBSPresence will be used for timekeeping and shift management.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a Lead/Supervisory role.
• Experience in janitorial operations and distribution center environment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and chemical safety sheets in English (Spanish where required).
• Ability to follow OSHA safety guidelines and forklift instructions.
• Customer service oriented with a positive demeanor and ability to motivate team members.
• Familiar with KBSPresence timekeeping software.

Responsabilités

• The Crew Lead performs site Crew tasks and ensures Crew tasks are fully executed at site.
• Interact with the client to provide professional and prompt customer service as needed.
• Provide direction and task coordination for assigned Crew.
• Ensure Crew members understand their responsibilities under each policy.
• Collaborate with Crew to ensure daily operations are executed and deficiencies resolved timely.
• Assist Supervisor or Zone Manager with new hires and training.
• Ensure team members have tools and information to do their jobs effectively; support their success.
• May assist with interviews and training; lead by example and motivate the crew.
