Job summary

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking a Janitorial Crew Lead to manage daily crew tasks at a site and ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety. You will direct crew members, coordinate tasks, and uphold client service expectations with leadership presence on the floor.

The role requires at least 1–3 years in a supervisory capacity, knowledge of OSHA guidelines, and ability to read safety documents.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial operations and distribution center environment strongly preferred.
• 1-3 years in a Lead/Supervisory role.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and safe handling for chemicals sheets/documents.

Responsibilities

• Perform site Crew tasks and ensure tasks are fully executed at site.
• Interact with the client to provide professional and prompt customer service.
• Provide direction and task coordination for assigned Crew.
• Assist Supervisor or Zone Manager with interviews and training.
