The position requires experience in janitorial operations, 1–3 years in a supervisory role, and adherence to safety and OSHA guidelines. Benefits and scheduling support are provided where applicable.

Formación

• Experience in janitorial operations preferred.
• 1-3 years in a Lead/Supervisory role.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and related documents (in English; Spanish where required).
• Compliance with OSHA requirements and forklift instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead crew tasks and ensure completion at site.
• Provide professional customer service to the client.
• Direct and coordinate tasks for assigned crew.
• Ensure crew understands responsibilities under policies.
• Assist with interviews and training as needed.
• Motivate crew and support team success.
