The role offers leadership opportunities within a fast-growing environment. The ideal candidate has janitorial operations experience and 1–3 years in a lead role, with strong customer service and safety awareness.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial operations strongly preferred.
• 1-3 years in a Lead/Supervisory role.
• Ability to read and interpret safety documents (English; Spanish where required).
• Ability to follow OSHA requirements and safety guidelines.
• Customer service oriented with a positive demeanor; able to motivate the team.

Responsibilities

• Perform site Crew tasks and ensure completion.
• Interact with client to provide professional service.
• Provide direction and task coordination for Crew.
• Ensure crew understand responsibilities under policies.
• Collaborate with Crew to coordinate daily operations and resolve deficiencies.
• Assist Supervisor or Zone Manager with new hires and training.
• Ensure team has information and tools to do their jobs; provide support.
• Assist interviews and training as needed.
• Lead by example and motivate the crew.
