Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is seeking a Janitorial Crew Lead in a fast-paced environment to supervise the on-site crew, coordinate daily tasks, and deliver professional service to our client. You’ll lead by example and ensure tasks are executed efficiently.

Requires 1–3 years in a lead/supervisory role, ability to read safety documents and follow OSHA guidelines, and a customer-focused attitude. Shift is 8:00am–4:30pm with starting pay $18 per hour and benefits through KBS.

Competenze

• Experience in janitorial operations and distribution center environment preferred.
• 1–3 years in a lead/supervisory role.
• Ability to read and interpret safety documents and chemical safety sheets.
• Ability to follow OSHA safety guidelines and forklift instructions.
• Customer service oriented with a positive demeanor.

• Lead and coordinate daily crew tasks on site.
