Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC is hiring a Janitorial Crew Lead in the United States. The role entails leading a crew on site, coordinating tasks, and delivering professional client service across shifts from 4am to 9am, 6am to 11am, and overnight options.

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour, with full-time employment and growth opportunities within a large, nationwide facility services company. Employees will use KBSPresence for timekeeping and communications, and will participate in safety

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial operations and distribution center environment strongly preferred.
• 1-3 years in a Lead/Supervisory role.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and chemical safety sheets (English; may be Spanish where state required).
• Follow OSHA requirements, safety guidelines, and forklift instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform site Crew tasks and ensure tasks are fully executed at site.
• Interact with the client to provide professional and prompt customer service.
• Provide direction and task coordination for assigned Crew.
• Ensure crew members understand responsibilities under each policy.
• Collaborate with Crew to ensure daily operations and resolve deficiencies timely.
• Assist Supervisor or Zone Manager with new hires and training.
• Ensure team has information and tools to perform their jobs effectively.
• May assist Supervisor or Zone Manager with interviews and training.
• Motivate the crew and lead by example.
