The role requires 1–3 years in a lead/supervisory position, strong customer service, and familiarity with safety procedures. Training and scheduling support are part of the duties, with opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial operations and distribution center environments preferred.
• 1–3 years in a lead/supervisory role.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and safety data sheets (English; Spanish where state required).
• Ability to follow OSHA safety guidelines and forklift instructions.
• Customer service oriented with a positive demeanor to support customer requests.
• Usage of KBSPresence timekeeping app for clocking in/out and training coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate crew tasks to ensure complete, on-site execution.
• Interact with clients to provide professional, prompt service.
• Provide direction and support to Crew; ensure clear responsibilities.
• Assist supervisor with new hires and training; support team success.
• Motivate the crew and lead by example to maintain operatinal quality.
