The ideal candidate has janitorial leadership experience, understands safety protocols, and can assist with training and new hires. Starting pay is competitive with benefits and on-site supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial operations and distribution center environment preferred.
• 1-3 years in a Lead/Supervisory role.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and safety data sheets (English; Spanish where required).
• Ability to follow OSHA requirements, safety guidelines, and forklift instructions.

Responsibilities

• The Crew Lead performs site Crew tasks and ensures Crew tasks are fully executed at site.
• Interact with the client to provide professional and prompt customer service as needed.
• Provide direction and task coordination for assigned Crew.
• Ensure Crew members understand their responsibilities under each policy.
• Coordinate with the Crew to ensure daily operations run smoothly and address deficiencies promptly.
• Assist Supervisor or Zone Manager with hiring and training.
