Qualifications

• Experience in janitorial operations and distribution center environments preferred.
• 1-3 years in a Lead/Supervisory role.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and chemical safety sheets (English; Spanish optional).
• Ability to follow OSHA requirements, safety guidelines, and forklift instructions.
• Customer service oriented with the ability to motivate and support the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead site Crew tasks and ensure they are fully executed at the site.
• Interact with the client to provide professional, prompt service.
• Provide direction and coordination for assigned Crew.
• Ensure team understands responsibilities under each policy.
• Assist Supervisor with hiring and training of new hires.
• Motivate the crew and lead by example to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
