Pay: $20.00 per hour

Work Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Off on Tuesday.

Shift Time: 5:00 am - 10:00 am

Position Summary

Provides direction to the crew in a fast-paced environment, managing sites from small unique locations to large facilities over a million square feet. Responsible for meeting and exceeding customer expectations, guiding and instructing staff, supporting staffing needs, ensuring safety and quality standards, and conducting daily inspections. Acts as the main point of contact for customer questions, concerns, and requests.

Responsibilities

• The Crew Lead performs site tasks and ensures their completion.
• At least 2 years of janitorial lead or supervisory experience managing a team of at least 6 employees in a commercial or industrial setting.
• Interact professionally with clients to provide excellent customer service.
• Coordinate and direct assigned crew members.
• Ensure team members understand their responsibilities and policies.
• Collaborate with the crew to ensure smooth daily operations and address deficiencies promptly.
• Assist with new hire onboarding and training.
• Provide team support, clarity, and motivation, leading by example.
