Pay: $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Off on Tuesday

Shift Time: 5:00am - 10:00am

Position Summary

The Crew Lead directs crew tasks in a fast-paced environment, ranging from small sites to large facilities over a million square feet. Responsibilities include meeting customer needs, guiding the team, supporting staffing communication with management, ensuring safety and quality standards, and completing daily inspections. The Crew Lead serves as the primary contact for customer questions, concerns, and requests.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform site crew tasks and ensure their completion.
• Have at least 2 years of janitorial lead or supervisory experience managing a team of at least 6 employees in a commercial or industrial setting.
• Interact professionally with clients to provide excellent customer service.
• Coordinate tasks and provide guidance to the crew.
• Ensure crew members understand their responsibilities and policies.
• Collaborate with the team to execute daily operations and address deficiencies promptly.
• Assist with hiring and training new staff.
• Equip team members with the tools and information needed for success.
• Motivate and support the crew, leading by example.
